- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was not my fist visit. Prior to this visit I was very pleased. Very bad with communicating, office staff will promise to calll and never does. I waited 1 month for a call back after leaving 5 messages for pain medicine. After finally speaking with dentist she too said she would call to clearance to get my prescription filled. I called both my drs who supposidly Dr Jones staff says tried to reach and neither had heard from them at all. So I sat in pain until i went somplace else. Also out of network with my insiurance my bad I should have checked. But my ins carrier said they were 75% over billing the claims... Never Again!!!!!!April 14, 2017by Rejenna Chavez
