- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ZERO STAR RATING: This is the worst SunTrust Bank in all of Atlanta area. It is always so slow. I just got to drive thru and waited almost 20 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. The lady was allowed to send the tube container 4 times that I saw. When I finally get to the kiosk and asked about delay, the teller lied and said the woman had made an error and had to redo it. Unreal. I saw the woman endorsing checks and stuffing them in the tube container. Update: Filed a formal complaint on this crappy branch with SunTrust Corporate.May 23, 2017by Joe Riverdale
