- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff is so unprofessional. The billing personnel was rude. They insisted I needed to pay when the printout they had from my insurance clearly said $0. After she found out she was wrong, she didn't even offer an apology. I sat in the waiting room for ONE HOUR while they figured out something that was clearly in black and white all along.
